I loved the fact that the management actually treated you like you were a person. The apartment was perfect for me as it was extremely affordable and the location was perfect. I'll miss this place"

“I Really enjoyed my short stay at the Venetian. I am a medical student on a 6 week stay and found the furnished package that the Venetian had to offer was perfect. They handled all the furnished items I needed, provided free cable, internet and took care of all utilities for one small payment. The complex was filled with other students so it was always quiet, and the location was great."

"Staying at the Venetian was a great experience for me. I was on a three month internship and decided to stay in their studio apartment and I loved it. The complex is very quiet, clean, and the management is friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here, and next summer will be hoping to get my internship with the same company and stay at the Venetian."

Staying at the Venetian Place Apartments was great. I was a little concerned about the safety of the location but when I arrived it is apparent to see that it is safe. The location is literally across the street from St. Marys Hospital, and next door to a catholic church. The apartments were nice and the price was amazing. I took advantage of the students leasing program as I am a medical student and they covered all my cost. I would definitely recommend this complex, its quiet, clean and the management is great. Thank you Anthony for making my stay hassle free.
Stayed here for 4 months as a medical student. Conveniently located to both St. Marys and Covenant. The landlord is extremely helpful and made the whole experience very easy for me. He is extremely quick to reply and assist with any issues which may crop up.
Overall I would recommend this place for future medical students.

One of the best places to live in Saginaw for a really great price. Very spacious, accommodating, and convenient to all hospitals, markets & shops. Landlord is spectacular, very supportive, and responsive to any issues. Location is safe and hassle free. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic & affordable place to stay in Saginaw.
