Great affordable housing

Lived here for two years while attending SVSU. The apartments are very clean, the other tenants in the building are great. A lot of them seem to be medical students or Delta/SVSU students. Would recommend this apartment, the management is great.

"Great place to live. It was affordable and the apartment was awesome. Everything is brand new from the bathroom, to the kitchen, and the living area. They handled all the furnished items I needed, provided free cable, internet and took care of all utilities for one small payment. The complex was filled with other students so it was always quiet, and the location was great."
